About Business Buyer Check

Built to Help Buyers Ask Better Questions Before Their Capital Is Committed.

Business Buyer Check turns seller claims, deal calculations, authorized documents and applicable public records into a clearer sequence of buyer decisions.

Founder

Daniel Michael Newland

Daniel built Business Buyer Check to give independent buyers a disciplined first pass before they commit more time, professional fees or capital to an acquisition. His background includes more than sixteen years in enterprise systems and revenue operations, with PMP and Lean Six Sigma credentials.

The product reflects that operating experience: preserve the source, separate a claim from evidence, show the assumptions behind the math and turn every unresolved issue into a concrete buyer action.

Why This Exists

Buying a business is often the largest financial decision an individual buyer has made, yet the early evaluation usually starts with a listing written to sell the opportunity. Business Buyer Check provides a structured way to test that first story before the buyer decides whether deeper diligence is warranted.

A Transparent Standard

This is a newly launched platform. We will not manufacture testimonials, usage counts or certainty. Instead, the site publishes its methodology, source coverage, report limitations and sample outputs so buyers can inspect how conclusions are formed before purchasing.

What the Platform Does Not Claim

Business Buyer Check is decision support. It is not an appraisal, audit, quality-of-earnings opinion, legal opinion, accounting review, lending decision or recommendation to buy. The goal is to help buyers use qualified professionals more efficiently and enter those conversations with better organized evidence and questions.

Start without an account. Run the free QuickCheck, inspect the methodology and move into paid depth only when the opportunity earns it.
