Terms of Use

Effective September 16, 2026. These terms explain service scope, purchases, responsibilities and limitations.

Decision Support, Not Professional Advice

The service provides preliminary research, calculations, organization, and decision support. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending, environmental, insurance, or valuation advice and does not recommend any transaction.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for verifying seller claims, selecting qualified advisors, reviewing source documents, protecting confidential information, and making your own acquisition decisions. You represent that you have authority to submit all information and documents you provide.

Data Limitations

Public records may be delayed, incomplete, suppressed, geographically broad, or mismatched. Seller-provided data may be inaccurate. Scores and scenarios depend on assumptions and do not predict future performance.

Purchases

Prices and included deliverables are shown before checkout. Digital work may begin immediately after purchase. Refund, cancellation, and subscription terms shown at checkout govern in addition to these terms.

The DealProof Findings Guarantee

DealProof is designed to produce a documented decision file, not simply repeat information submitted by the buyer. If a completed DealProof report contains no qualifying material finding, the purchaser may request a refund within 14 calendar days after the report is delivered.

Qualifying Material Findings

A qualifying material finding is a report-supported item that identifies at least one of the following:

  • A contradiction or material variance between seller claims, submitted documents, calculations, or an applicable official source.
  • An unsupported or partially supported add-back, earnings adjustment, revenue figure, liability, ownership claim, or transfer assumption.
  • A financing or downside scenario that fails a stated debt-coverage or buyer-defined requirement.
  • An identity, public-record, regulatory, licensing, lien, litigation, environmental, safety, or other applicable external-record concern.
  • Missing or insufficient material evidence that results in a documented seller request, specialist referral, offer protection, price or term adjustment, closing condition, or recommendation to stop or pause.

How Eligibility Is Determined

Refund eligibility is determined from the immutable DealProof report version, its Evidence Ledger, the information and documents supplied for analysis, and the recorded report outputs. A customer’s statement that they already knew the findings does not, by itself, establish refund eligibility.

Conditions and Exclusions

To qualify, the report must have been completed using materially accurate information and all documents the customer elected to submit. Refunds are not available when the analysis could not be completed because required information was withheld, materially inaccurate information was submitted, the report was purchased more than once for the same acquisition, or the request is made more than 14 calendar days after report delivery.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. This guarantee does not mean DealProof will identify every possible issue, and it does not convert the report into an audit, Quality of Earnings opinion, legal opinion, appraisal, lending decision, or guarantee that an acquisition is safe.

Support and Requests

Email support@businessbuyercheck.com for support, refund requests or subscription questions. Include your report or purchase reference without sending payment-card details or confidential documents.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, probe security, submit unlawful content, infringe rights, automate excessive requests, resell reports without permission, or present outputs as certified professional opinions.

Availability and Liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. Some jurisdictions do not allow all limitations, so local law may provide additional rights.
