Business Buyer Check turns an attractive listing into a testable set of claims, calculations, public facts, and unanswered questions.

Start with the free QuickCheck. Enter the asking price, revenue, SDE, industry, and location. You receive deal ratios, an illustrative debt test, public location context, and the questions most likely to change the answer.

1. Capture the Seller’s Claims

We preserve asking price, revenue, SDE, rent, headcount, operating history, and listing language as seller-provided information. A claim is never relabeled as a verified fact.

2. Test the Economics

The report calculates price-to-SDE, price-to-revenue, annual debt service, and indicative debt-service coverage. Financing assumptions stay visible so you can change them.

3. Add Public Context

A full address is matched through the U.S. Census Bureau. Available county, tract, demographic, and industry context is added with its source and reference period.

4. Decide What Deserves Verification

The output is a screening decision: investigate, proceed with caution, or treat as high risk. It is not a recommendation to buy. It tells you where documents or professional review are still needed.
