State coverage
State Records Change the Risk Picture.
Federal screening is nationwide. Our first state packages add transaction-specific entity, lien, tax, court, licensing, and local-record workflows for California, Texas, and Florida.
What “State Coverage” Means
It means the product knows which official systems matter, what each system can and cannot establish, when access may cost money, and which county or city searches remain. It does not mean that one clean search proves a business is clean.

A Florida screen routes buyers through Sunbiz entity records, the state UCC and judgment-lien system, Department of Revenue tax diligence, Florida court locations, DBPR licenses, and county or municipal records.
Nationwide Federal Layer
Every supported screen can include EPA ECHO facility matching, optional FMCSA carrier data, and guided OSHA, Department of Labor, and federal-court research. State packages sit on top of that federal layer; they do not replace it.
