Information We Process

We process information you enter about a potential acquisition, such as listing text, location, financial claims, assumptions, and questions. Paid services may also process your email address, report identifier, and uploaded diligence materials.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store complete card numbers. Stripe supplies transaction, customer, and subscription identifiers needed to fulfill and support purchases.

Service Providers and Public Sources

The application uses Hostinger for website hosting, Supabase for report and private-document storage and account services, and Stripe for payments. Microsoft Clarity measures website interactions. Listing, claim-confirmation and report content is marked for masking from Clarity recordings. Public-data requests may include a location or business identifier needed for the selected search. Document extraction, when enabled, sends the authorized file to the server-configured extraction provider; extraction is unavailable when that provider is not configured. Before uploading confidential files, request the current extraction-provider identity and terms.

Retention and Security

Listing inputs and generated reports may be stored to deliver the service and fulfill purchases. Uploaded-document records receive a retention-review date 365 days after upload. This date is not a promise of automatic deletion: the current application does not enforce an automatic purge. The signed-in document deletion control removes the document from normal application access; deletion of retained storage copies requires a separate request. Transaction records may be retained for accounting and legal obligations. Private-document access requires authorization, and uploads remain quarantined pending configured review. Do not submit documents you are not authorized to share.

Analytics

Product-stage events record actions such as starting a check, completing a report and opening checkout. These events do not contain listing text, financial figures, business names, document contents or addresses. Browser analytics can be blocked using your browser settings. Confirmed payments are recorded separately by the payment service.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to transaction-record and legal retention requirements. Email support@businessbuyercheck.com for support or an access, correction or deletion request. Identify the account or report concerned without emailing sensitive documents. We may request information to verify your authority before acting.

Do Not Upload Prohibited Data

Do not upload Social Security numbers, full payment-card data, health information, consumer credit reports, export-controlled data, or documents you lack authority to use.
