Information We Process
We process information you enter about a potential acquisition, such as listing text, location, financial claims, assumptions, and questions. Paid services may also process your email address, report identifier, and uploaded diligence materials.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store complete card numbers. Stripe supplies transaction, customer, and subscription identifiers needed to fulfill and support purchases.
Service Providers and Public Sources
We use hosting, database, payment, and government-data providers to operate the service. Inputs may be sent to public-data APIs when needed to match a location or retrieve market context.
Retention and Security
We retain information as needed to deliver reports, maintain purchase records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. No system is perfectly secure; do not submit information you are not authorized to share. Free reports may be removed after a limited retention period.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to transaction-record and legal retention requirements. Contact details will be added before public marketing begins.
Do Not Upload Prohibited Data
Do not upload Social Security numbers, full payment-card data, health information, consumer credit reports, export-controlled data, or documents you lack authority to use.
